| 摘 要： | 目的研究C-反应蛋白与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的相关性.方法选择89例原发性高血压患者,应用B型超声测所有病例颈动脉内膜粥样斑块,用免疫学方法测定血液中C-反应蛋白浓度.分析斑块与C-反应蛋白浓度的关系.结果粥样斑块Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ级C-反应蛋白浓度高于粥样斑块0级(P<0.05).结论原发性高血压患者血液中C-反应蛋白浓度增高与颈动脉粥样硬化关系密切.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the relationship of atherosclerosis with C-reactive protein.MethodsEighty-nine patients with essential hypertension were selected. B-mode ultrasound was used to check and measure plaques of carotid arteries at rest. C-reactive protein(CRP)were determined with immunology method. The relation of plaque and C-reactive protein were analyzed.ResultsCRP in plaque group were higher than those in non-plaque groups(P<(0.05)).ConclusionThe increased concentration of serum CRP were closely correlated with atherosclerosis of carotid arteries in patients with essential hypertension. |
