摘    要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为高分子骨架,与丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸单体(PAM)/(AA)接枝共聚合成油田用泥浆处理剂.采用NH4OH-K2S2O8引发体系,用自由基俘获技术调控接枝共聚物的分子质量;并对不同聚合条件下聚合物的溶解速度和其泥浆的降失水量进行对比研究.最佳合成条件为:PVA的质量分数为16.7%;异丙醇的质量分数为16%~20%;添加剂氨水(NH4OH)的质量分数为0.3%、十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)的质量分数为0.11%、尿素的最低质量分数为13.5%.经性能评价后结果表明:共聚改性处理后其溶解速度和泥浆降失水性能明显提高.

Abstract:Acrylamide and sodium acrylic acid grafting polymerization onto polyvinyl alcohol,induced by NH_4OH-K_2S_2O_8 initiator system,being used as filtration control agent of slurries for oil-well drilling,has been prepared and evaluated.The molecular weight of polymer was adapted through free radical scavengers such as isopropyl alcohol,and the effects of comonomer,PVA concentration on its polymerization and filtration control performance were studied.The optimum procedure obtained is that: the mass ratio of PVA is 16.7 %,and isopropyl alcohol range from 16% to 20 %,the additives such as NH_4OH is 0.3 %,SDS is 0.11 %,and the minimum mass ratio of urine is 10 %.The performance evaluation results showed that both its soluble velocity and filtration control properties were improved obviously after modification by grafting polymerization.
