| 摘 要： | 瘀热是系统性红斑狼疮病变过程中产生的病理因素。因先天禀赋不足,复加外感六淫、内伤七情,进而化生火毒,酿生瘀热。致病特点主要表现为缠绵难愈、多脏同病、易致出血、耗气伤津。系统性红斑狼疮的基本病机是肝肾阴虚为本,瘀热、风毒痹阻为标,而瘀热痹阻是病理机制中的重要环节,故治疗采用凉血化瘀、祛风解毒法,主方选《千金要方》犀角地黄汤,并常与解毒法、蠲痹通络法、补肝益肾法、益气养阴法配伍应用。
