内皮抑素联合放疗同步治疗肺癌脑转移瘤疗效及安全性分析

目的:分析内皮抑素联合放疗同步治疗肺癌脑转移瘤疗效及安全性,为肺癌脑转移瘤的治疗提供有利的理论依据。方法:选取128例肺癌脑转移瘤患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用放疗同步治疗,观察组采用内皮抑素联合放疗治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者临床有效率为93.7%,显著高于对照组患者的78.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出现脱发、皮疹、肝功能损伤、肾功能损伤、消化道反应、恶心呕吐的例数显著低于对照组,且存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内皮抑素联合放疗同步治疗肺癌脑转移瘤疗效显著,不良反应少,安全性好,值得临床推广和应用。

Efficacy and safety of endostatin combined with radiotherapy against cerebral metastases of lung cancer

OBJECTIVE To analyze efficacy and safety of endostatin combined with radiotherapy against cerebral metastases of lung cancer, and provide a favorable theoretical basis for treatment of brain tumor metastasis.METHODS A total of 128 cases of lung cancer patients with brain metastases in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients received radiotherapy in control group, and endostatin combined with radiotherapy in observation group. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS In observation group, clinical effective rate was 93.7%, significantly higher than 78.1% of control group (P<0.05). Patients in observation group had significantly less patients with alopecia, rash, liver dysfunction, renal injury, digestive tract reaction, nausea and vomiting than in control group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Endostatin combined with radiotherapy has remarkable effects, less adverse reactions, good safety in patients with cerebral metastases of lung cancer, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
