曲马多合并氟哌利多对剖宫产术中米索前列醇引起的寒战反应的影响

目的观察曲马多合并氟哌利多对剖宫产术中米索前列醇引起的寒战反应的影响。方法选择剖宫产产妇90例,随机均分为3组：曲马多加氟哌利多组（A组）、曲马多组（B组）、对照组（C组）。所有产妇均在胎儿娩出后立即宫体注射缩宫素20U,并舌下含服米索前列醇0.4mg,A组产妇静脉注入曲马多1mg/kg和氟哌利多1.25mg;B组静脉注入曲马多1mg/kg,两组均用0.9%氯化钠溶液稀释至5mL;C组静脉注入0.9%氯化钠溶液5mL。观察胎儿取出后3组产妇寒战发生的情况及恶心呕吐并发症的出现情况。结果 A组和B组未发生1例寒战反应,而C组发生21例寒战反应（P〈0.01）,B组恶心呕吐发生率明显高于A组和C组（P〈0.05）。结论曲马多合并氟哌利多静注,可有效防治剖宫产术中米索前列醇引起的寒战反应,并减少药物副作用的发生。

The influence on shivers reaction of cesarean section of intraoperatie misoprostol was caused by tramadol combined with droperidol

Objective To observe the influence on shivers reaction of cesarean section of intraoperatie misoprostol was caused by tramadol combined with droperidol. Methods Ninety cases of maternal cesarean section were chose, and randomly divided into three groups: tramadol and droperidol group (group A), tramadol group (group B), control group (group C). All maternal were immediately after delivery of maternal fetal endometrium oxytocin injection 20 U, and sublingual misoprostol 0.4 mg, the maternal in group A were given intravenous tramadol 1 mg/kg and droperidol 1.25 mg; the maternal in group B were given intravenous tramadol 1 mg/kg, two groups were diluted with saline to 5 mL; the group C given vein infusion of saline 5 mL. The fetal removed after three groups of shivering in parturients during occurrence and nausea and vomiting complications occurrence were observed. Results There were not happen in one case of the shivering response in group A and group B, while group C occurred in 21 patients the shivering response (P < 0.01), the nausea and vomiting was significantly higher in group B than that in group A and group C (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tramadol combined with droperidol injection, which can effectively control during cesarean section misoprostol induced the shivering response, and to reduce the side effects of the drug occurred.
