摘    要:针对供水网络安全性评价具有模糊性的特点,根据相关历史资料建立供水管网安全等级表,引入改进的层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标的权重,在此基础上,发展了模糊模式识别模型和模糊综合评判相结合的多层次多级复杂系统模糊集评价方法.并对青岛市某区域管网进行了安全评价,提出了该区域供水管网的安全等级.

Abstract:Considering the characteristics of fuzziness in safety evaluation of water supply network, a table of safety assessment rating is built according to interrelated historical data, and an approach of multi-layer fuzzy sets for complicated system is presented. The fuzzy pattern recognition model is combined with fuzzy overall assessment model to evaluate the safety of water supply network. In the model, an adapted analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and relative membership function are proposed to calculate respectively the weights of evaluation indexes. Finally, the proposed approach was successfully applied to assess a given water supply system in the Qingdao city and a relative safety rating is given.
