摘    要:对某Sb品位7.94%、Au品位1.95 g/t的石英脉型金锑硫化矿进行了浮选试验研究。采用混合浮选工艺,以丁基黄药和丁铵黑药为捕收剂、硫酸为pH值调整剂、硝酸铅和硫酸铜为活化剂,经一次粗选三次精选三次扫选闭路浮选,获得了产率20.17%、Sb品位和回收率分别为37.35%和94.87%、Au品位和回收率分别为7.79 g/t和80.39%的金锑混合精矿,精矿品级符合锑精矿质量标准(YB 2419—82)中硫化锑精矿三级品,金和锑都得到较好地回收。

Abstract:Flotation tests were conducted to process a quartz vein type gold-antimony ore with Sb grade of 7.94% and Au content of 1.95 g/t. A bulk flotation flowsheet was adopted, with butyl xanthate together with ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate as the collector, sulfuric acid as the pH regulator, and lead nitrate and copper sulfate as the activators. A closed-circuit flotation process consisting of one stage of roughing, three stages of cleaning and three stages of scavenging produced a concentrate grading 37.35% Sb and 7.79 g/t Au at Sb recovery of 94.87% and Au recovery of 80.39%, with a yield of 20.17%. According to the standard (YB 2419—82), the concentrate grade meets the quality requirement for antimony sulfide concentrate (grade III), indicating that both gold and antimony are effectively recovered.
