SHS法合成α-Al_2O_3-A_3S_2涂层显微结构的研究

摘    要:采用SHS熔铸法制备了钢管复合内衬,并利用SEM和EADX对添加石英、钾长石等添加剂时涂层的显微结构和组成做了分析研究。结果表明:加入10%SiO2时涂层组织由板条状莫来石(A3S2)、针状刚玉(αAl2O3)和其晶间的铁铝尖晶石(FA)组成;加入10%钾长石(KAS6)时涂层由针状刚玉(αAl2O3)和玻璃相基体组成,钾长石的引入有利于晶粒细化、涂层组织致密化

Abstract:The compound coating for the steel tube linning was prepared by SHS casting. Microstructure and composition of the coating were studied by SEM and EDAX when the additives of silicon and potash feldspar were used. The results show:the coating was composed with stripped mullite(A3S2), acicular corundum(Al2O3)and hercynite when 10% silica was added. The coating was composed with acicular corundum(Al2O3) and glass phase, and the addition of potash feldspar was benefit for fine crystal particles and of the coating.
