| 摘 要： | 随着电子政务的发展，部分城市的电子政务进入以信息共享、业务协同为核心的发展阶段，文章参考政府运作模式，以政务信息资源管理为核心，结合实践经验，提出了三种典型横向跨部门政务应用集成框架，并说明了三种框架的特点和主要工作内容，为跨部门电子政务应用集成提供了通用的可借鉴方案。

| Abstract: | With the development of E-government,some developed regions' governments need to share information among their departments.With the idea of information resources management,this paper put forward three typical horizontal inter-departmental application integration frameworks within the mode of government operation.The specialties and main tasks of the three typical frameworks are also described.It provides a common reference program for inter-departmental application integration mission. |
