| 摘 要： | 目的建立越鞠片栀子苷含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法，以C18柱为色谱柱，以乙腈-水（10：90）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为238nm，柱温为35℃。结果栀子苷进样量0．04748—1．4244μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9995，平均加样回收率为101．1％，RSD为1．4％（n=6）。结论方法灵敏、简便、准确、重现性好，适用于越鞠片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a RP- HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Yueju Tablets. Methods RP- HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（10：90）,with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 238 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The calibration curve of geniposide was linear in the range of 0. 047 48 - 1. 424 4 μg, r = 0. 999 5. The average recovery rate was 101.1%, RSD = 1.4% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is highly sensitive, quick and accurate with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Yueju Tablets. |
