运用"移情"原理培育优良学风

高职学生的学风建设是提高高职办学质量、培育生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的高等技术应用性人才的重要环节.本文以"大学生的移情"原理,就加强和建设高职院校学风建设提出见解,主要有用"名家名人进校园"的品牌来催发学生移情,用忠诚于高职教育的一流"双师"队伍去引导移情,用走向社会实践的客观环境来培育移情,使优良的学风能成为高职院校学生走向职业生涯的锐利法宝.

Cultivate Excellent Style of Study with Empathy

As known, the cultivation of excellent style of study among higher vocational students is an important link in improving the operating quality of higher vocational school and fostering higher technical talents of application nature for production, construction, management and service industries. The present paper, relying on the principle of empathy, puts forward proposals to strengthen and construct excellent style of study in schools of higher vocational education in that empathy of students shall be stimulated by such trademark strategy as inviting famous brands and figures into campus, directed by first-class "double-expertise" teaching staff dedicated to the cause of higher vocational education and cultivated by the environment for social practice so as to lead the students to successful future career.
