| Abstract: | This paper presents a study on the dispersion of different kinds of carbon black colorants in the ink layer,summarizes the effects of grinding conditions and the choice of surface active agents on the dispersion of carbon black.Experimental results showed that F4 carbon black is an appropriate pigment for the ink layer and the optimum grinding operation are:grinding time 17 hrs,ball grinder rotary speed 90 110 rpm,steel balls diameter 5mm,preferable amount of surfactant used is (0 3 0 5)%. |
