山东某硫铁矿烧渣非氰浸金-浸渣磁选回收铁工艺研究

摘    要:针对山东某TFe含量为52.30%、Au品位为1.28 g/t的硫铁矿烧渣, 采用非氰浸金-浸渣磁选回收铁的工艺回收烧渣中金和铁。试验结果表明, 当碳酸钠用量为15 kg/t、KBF-1用量为4.0 kg/t、搅拌浸出槽转子转速为1794 r/min、搅拌浸出时间为40 h时, 硫铁矿烧渣中金浸出率较高, 为64.19%。以浸金渣为原料磁选回收铁, 当磁场强度为318.47 kA/m时, 铁精矿中铁品位为64.83%、产率为78.40%、回收率为88.32%。研究结果表明, 非氰浸金-浸渣磁选回收铁工艺对山东某硫铁矿烧渣中金和铁回收是可行的。

Abstract:As for the pyrite cinder from Shandong Province with TFe content of 52.30%, graded 1.28 g/t Au, a process consisting of non-cyanide gold-leaching and magnetic separation was adopted to recover gold and iron wherein. It is shown from the experiment that with sodium carbonate at the dosage of 15 kg/t, and KBF-1 at the dosage of 4.0 kg/t, agitation leach for 40 h with the rotator of stirring tank at the speed of 1794 r/min, the gold leach rate of the pyrite cinder reached 64.19%. Then, the obtained residue was subjected to magnetic separation with the magnetic field intensity of 318.47 kA/m, leading to 88.32% Fe recovery to the concentrate grading 64.83% Fe with a yield of 78.40%. It is concluded from the research result that the process of non-cyanide gold-leaching and magnetic separation is feasible for recovering gold and iron from such pyrite cinder.
