| 摘 要： | 目的 分析腹部脏器损伤的CT表现与诊断价值。方法 利用CT对236例腹部脏器损伤的病人进行扫描。结果 肝损伤58例，脾部脏器损伤为75例，肾损伤60例，胰腺损伤2例，消化道破裂2例。膈肌破裂2例，肾上腺损伤1例，多脏器损伤36例，腹腔积血139例。结论 CT对腹部脏器损伤不但能做出正确诊断，而且为临床选择治疗方案提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the display and evaluation in abdominal organs blunted by CT scan. Methods 260 cases of abdominal organs blunted were scanned by CT . Results In 236 cases were liver trauma , 75 cases were spleen trauma , 60 cases were kindly trauma , 2 cases were pancreas trauma , 2 cases were intestinal preforation , 2 cases were partition perforation , one case was a-drenalgland injurly , 36 cases were multiple organ injurly , 139 cases had blood in abdominal cavity . Conclusion CT scan diagnosis blunt visceral trauma accurately , and be important to set therapeutic evidence. |
