| 摘 要： | 目的分析比较白花丹参与紫花丹参微量元素的含量。方法用原子吸收分光光度法分别测定两种丹参中锌、铜、铁等十三种微量元素的含量，对二者微量元素含量进行比较。结果白花丹参与紫花丹参中均含丰富的微量元素，白花丹参中铁、镁、锰等五种元素高于紫花丹参，而钴和镉含量低于紫花丹参，两种丹参中其它元素含量相近。结论从微量元素角度分析两种丹参均具有较高的药用价值，二者中部分微量元素含量存在，一定差异。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine and compare the content of trace elements in Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f.alba and Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. Methods: Trace elements Zn,Cu,Fe,et al in the two Salvia miltiorrhiza bges were detected with the Atomic Absorption Spetrophotometry,and made a comparation. Results: There were rich trace elements in the two Salvia miltiorrhiza bges, The contents of Fe, Mg, Mn, et al in Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f.alba were more than that in Salvia miltiorrhiza bge.The contents of Cd and Pb in Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. f.alba were less than that in Salvia miltiorrhiza bge. Conclusion: The two kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza bge have higher pharmaceutical values. The contents of partial trace elements in them have some difference. |
