医院船医疗队海上医疗救护模拟展开研究

目的探讨医院船医疗队在海上救护流程及职责,以提高海战时的救护质量。方法根据海战伤的特点,每次100名官兵分别扮演不同的海战伤员。野战医疗所成员50人分成6组,包括指挥组、分类换乘组、手术组、医疗组、医疗保障组和后勤保障组。根据医院船医疗队的流程与各自的职责展开5次训练。分析海战时医院船医疗队救护特点和人员状况,将医院船医疗队的救治岗位进行合理分配,对各级救护人员工作流程及职责进行描述性分析。结果5次模拟训练展开保障能力不同,第1～3次分别为不及格、及格和良好,第4、5次均为优秀,第5次与其他次比较为最好（P＜0.01）。结论医院船医疗队南海海上救护流程及职责训练,提高了海上救护的快速反应能力、整体配合能力和救护水平;丰富了海上救护理论。

Simulated Marine Rescue Practice of Medical Team on Hospital Ship

Objective To explore the rescue procedure and duties of medical team on hospital ship at South China Sea and to improve the marine rescue capacity. Methods One hundred seamen pretended to suffer from various sea-war wounds. Fifty medical members on hospital ship were divided into 6 groups, including command group, classification group, operation group,medical group,medical support group and logistic support group. According to the rescue procedure and the duties of medical team on hospital ship,5 times of rescue practice were carried out. After each practice, the role of each group during the rescue procedure and the situation of the personnel were analyzed, and then the duty of each group was reassigned. Results The resultant efficiency of 5 times of practice was different. For the first three practice, the expert evaluation result was unqualified, qualified and good respectively. The fourth and the fifth result was excellent, and the fifth practice was the best （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion After the simulated rescue practice at South China Sea, the medical team on hospital ship reacts more quickly and cooperates better. This study will enrich the theories of medical service on hospital ship.
