摘    要:土库曼斯坦合同区某气田集输采用了多井高压集气、单井节流、集气站加热节流、后期增压和气液混输工艺。根据气田单井分布、单井压力和产量递减情况,对各气区集中增压和天然气处理厂集气装置集中增压方式进行了对比分析,考虑了不同增压工艺对集气干线管径、流速和压缩机组装机功率及配置的影响,同时对两种增压方案的优劣和经济性进行了比选,推荐采用各气区集中增压方案。建议在方案比选中考虑增压方案对站场设备和管道流速的影响,避免由于压力和产量的波动而严重影响设备和管道的正常运行。结论认为:该气田集输增压方案应综合考虑集气干线、压缩机装机功率和机组配置、站场设备和管道适应性分析3大因素,使优选出的增压工艺具有较强的适应性,确保气田平稳开发和运行。

Abstract:The comprehensive process of multi-well high-pressure gas gathering,throttling at single wellhead,heating and throttling at gas gathering stations,later-stage pressurization,and gas-liquid mixed transmission were adopted at a certain gas field in Turkmenistan.This paper made a comparison between pressurization manners in different gas areas and those for gathering units at gas plants while considering the impact of different manners on gas gathering trunk diameter,flow rate,and compressor power and configuration.Besides,comparison and selection were made between two pressurization programs over their advantages and disadvantages and economical efficiency.As a result,the concentrated pressurization program for each gas production area was finally recommended.Moreover,it suggested that the impact of pressurization program on the facilities and on the velocity of flow in pipes should be highly focused on so as to avoid any interference in normal operation by the fluctuations of pressure and gas output.Finally,it pointed out that other three main factors should never be neglected when a proper pressurization program is selected,namely,a gas gathering trunk line,compressor power and configuration,facilities at stations,and pipeline adaptation analysis,in a bid to ensure safe and steady development and operation of the gas field.
