| Abstract: | The feudal hierarchy has a great influence on the formation of the ideology of power orientation. The ideological source of power orientation is the conception of feudal hierarchy. The power orientation ideology is the source of the thought of bureaucracy and formalism. Effective measures must be taken to eliminate the harm of bureaucracy and formalism. |
