| 摘 要： | 由于网上电子文本的增加，编辑，审稿公开，透明，发表不再是传统意义上一个过程的终结，而是一个延续－交流，补充，修正，完善。电子文本可称“软发表”，传统发表为“硬发表”，两者不可或缺，电子文本服务器发布的论文如何加强审稿，如何准确标引成了新课题。

| Abstract: | Publication is not a dichotomous event rather it is a continuum, since electronic prints (e prints, pre prints and net prints) are flourishing, and editing and peer review tend to be more transparent and open than ever in biomedical publication. Publication in electronic format or weak publication and in paper journal or strong publication will be coexisting in the future. Thus how to review electronic material and how to cite them after publication have become an impressing issue for editors to handle. |
