摘    要:编码器是现代化工业设备快速发展的重要环节,提出一种新的绝对式光电编码器通信协议设计,该设计主要介绍了在三个基本工作模式下的数据传输格式,以及各数据帧的具体格式;同时,还对各模式的运行响应时间进行计算;最后,将该通信协议应用到国产编码器中,能完全实现最初设计功能。设计的编码器通信协议具备传输速度较快、电气连接结构较简单以及较高稳定性等特点,可广泛应用于各类编码器中。

Abstract:Encoder is the important segment of the developing highly of the modernize industry equipment. A new communication protocol design of the absolute photoelectric encoder is proposed in this paper. The information transmission forms of the three basic working modes are introduced, the specific data forms of information are introduced too, then the timing requirement of the working modes are calculated, last, the prime design functions of the domestic encoder can be achieved completely by using the new communication protocol design. Information transferring quickly, structure of electrical connecting simply and working stability are the characteristics of the new communication protocol design which can be used in various encoders.
