| 摘 要： | 加强高职院校德育改革，要以推进素质教育，培养创新人才为目标，把德育建设作为高职教育的重要内容，建立齐抓共管、整体育人的德育运行机制，在高职教学改革中推进德育课的改革；在教育改革中探索德育方式的更新；在师资建设中重视德育队伍的建设。

| Abstract: | The reformation of moral education in higher vocational colleges is launched to promote overall quality edu cation and develop creative students. To attain this goal. it is essential to take moral molding as important part of higher vocational education and set up effective operational mechanism for developing talented personnel in an all round way. Meanwhile, it is necessary to keep seeking the most effective educating method and reinforce the team of moral educators. |
