液压支架顶梁的多工况优化设计与研究

摘    要:利用ANSYS Workbench DesignXplorer多目标优化模块,对液压支架的顶梁进行了多工况优化设计,得到了可信度比较高的优化设计结果,并且通过响应曲面,对顶梁各个参数之间的关系做了分析,为液压支架的设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The ANSYS Workbench DesignXplorer module for multi-objective optimization was used to carry out the optimization design of the top beam of the hydraulic support at multiple modes,and the credible optimization results were obtained.In addition,the relationship among the parameters of the top beam was analyzed by response surface,which offered references for the design of the hydraulic supports.
