| 摘 要： | 针对我国电子政务建设的需求,本文首先介绍了工作流的基本原理和工作流管理联盟（wfMC）制定的工作流管理模型,在此基础上提出了基于工作流的电子政务系统的总体结构的设计,并讨论了在电子政务系统中工作流引擎的实现和工作流的安全权限机制等问题。

| Abstract: | Aiming at demands of E-government construction of China,the paper introduced the basec axiom of the workflow and workflow refence model clefined by workflow management coatition(wfMC)on this basis,this paper puts forward the design of the architectural structure of the E-government system based on workflow.Besides,some issues are discussed,such as the realization of the Workflow Engine in the E-government system and the security authorization mechanism of Workflow. |
