摘    要:根据连体热机-热泵的增压比和引射系数较高的特点,将其用于烧碱溶液的并联分体式热泵蒸发工艺中,适当改变工艺参数后,采用尽可能小的蒸汽增压比以提高热泵的引射系数,可取得节能28%以上的显著效果,对于利用现有装置进行扩能改造更为有利。

Discussion on using of Siamese heat engine - heat pump in caustic soda evaporation
Abstract:Siamese heat engine-heat pump has characteristics of higher boosting ratio and bulk injection coefficient,so a new parallel-seperate body process is applied in heat-pump evaporation of caustic soda solution.The process parameters are property changed by using the steam boosting ratio as low as possible in order to increase the bulk injection coefficient of heat pump.A notable result,that is more than 28% energy saving,is achieved.And it is more helpful for the present devices to carry out capacity expansion and innovation.
