基于还原氧化石墨烯/普鲁士蓝-壳聚糖纳米复合物的高灵敏葡萄糖生物传感器研究

摘    要:在电沉积制备普鲁士蓝-壳聚糖(PB-CS)膜修饰金电极的基础上,引入新型纳米材料还原氧化石墨烯(RGO),固定葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD),构建基于RGO/PB-CS纳米复合材料的葡萄糖生物传感器。结果表明,由于RGO独特的物理化学性质以及RGO与PB之间的协同作用,大大提高了此传感器的工作性能。在0.0V工作电位下,该传感器具有较高的灵敏度(65.3μA·(mmol/L)-1·cm-2)和较低的检测限(6μmol/L)。传感器具有较小的表观米氏常数(1.43mmol/L),表明该固定酶对葡萄糖具有较高的亲和力。

Abstract:With Prussian blue (PB)-chitosan (CS) nanocomposite directly electrodeposited on Au electrode, combined with reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and immobilized glucose oxidase (GOD), a RGO/PB CS nanocomposite based glucose biosensor is constructed. The results show that due to the superb physicochemical property of RGO and the synergistic effect between RGO and PB-CS nanocomposite, the electrochemical response of the biosensor to glucose is obviously improved. The biosensor shows a high sensitivity of 65.3μA · (mmol/L) ^-1 · cm^-2 and a low detection limit of 6 μmol/L. The apparent Miehaelis- Menten constant of enzymatic reaction is 1.43 retool/L, showing high affinity of the immobilized GOD and glucose.
