| 摘 要： | 应用带臀中肌蒂骨移植加加压螺纹钉内固定治疗不稳定型股骨颈骨折.通过对31例5年以上的随访,骨折愈合率达96.8%,优良率达92.9%.切除该肌骨瓣不影响臀中肌功能,骨块用七号丝线固定.对采用Watson—Jones氏切口行切开整复的不稳定型股骨颈骨折,本法可首选.

| Abstract: | The authors designed the technique of transposition of glutaeus medius pedicled greater trochanter bone flap and compression -screw internal fixation for treatment of unstable femoral neck fracture. Thirty -one cases were so treated. They were followed up over five years. The rate of bone healing was 96. 8%. The rate of excellent and good results was 92. 9%. Supply of glutaeus medius pedicled greater trochanter bone flap did not affect the function of glutaeus medius muscle. The authors believe that this method is the best choice if open reduction of the unstable femoral neck fracture is treated through Watson - Jones approach. |
