虚拟样机技术在农业机械产品开发中的应用现状

虚拟样机技术是一种综合多学科门类的新的产品开发方法。经过国内外多年的发展,虚拟样机技术的发展与应用已经日趋成熟。它不仅应用于航空航天、船舶、汽车等领域,而且也应用于农业机械工程领域,给农业机械的研制提供了一个全新的设计方法。首先对虚拟样机技术的概念、特点以及应用进行了阐述。然后基于农业机械产品开发过程特点,对虚拟样机技术在农业机械设计开发中应用的必要性及现状进行了论述。最后对未来应用情况进行了展望。

Application Status of Virtual Prototype Technologyin the Design of Agricultural Machinery Products

Virtual prototype technology is a new method of product development who masses multidisciplinary category.Through years of development at home and abroad,the development and application of virtual prototype technology has been more and more mature.It is not only applied in aerospace,shipbuilding,automobile and other fields,but also used in agricultural machinery engineering domain.It is a new design method for the development of agricultural machinery.This paper expounds the concept,characteristics and application of virtual prototype technology,summarizes the necessity and current situation on applying the virtual prototype technology in designing the agricultural machinery based on the characteristics of agricultural machinery,and looks forward to application situation of virtual prototype technology in the field of agricultural mechanical engineering in the future.
