| 摘 要： | 结合调度实际工作,分析了地区电网中一些小电厂并网运行方式、继电保护及安全自动装置配置、并网运行中异常及事故处理、电厂带局部电网应急启动,提出了小电厂安全、可靠并网运行管理要求,探讨了小电厂在电网应急情况下发挥的作用. |
