摘    要:建立了二次微分电位溶出法分析测定饮料中铜含量的新方法,优化了试验条件,如pH值、电沉积电位、平衡电位等.实验表明,铜的线性测定范围为0~1600 ng,相关系数r=0.997 6,铜的检出限为0.85 ng/mL.该法测定饮料中铜含量的结果与石墨原子吸收法无显著差异.

Abstract:A new method of detecting copper in beverage by quadratic differential potentiometric stripping was established. Experimental parameters were optimized,such as pH values,accumulation potential,equilibrium potential. The peak data were linear with the concentration in the range from 0 ng to 1600 ng. The detection limit was 0.85 ng/mL. Result of this method had no significant difference with that of AAS.
