| 摘 要： | 在建立离散型随机变量概率分析的基础上，利用关于原点矩的不等式，给出了自然数奇次幂（一次幂除外）倒数和无穷级数的一个上界，又证明了两个幂级数不等式，并讨论了一些特殊情况。

| Abstract: | Based on the establishment of the probability distribution of discrete random variables, in addition, applying an inequality on the original point moment, one upper bound of an infinite series in relation to the sum of natural number singular power reciprocal is presented in this paper. Furthermore, the inequality with two power series is also proved, some special circumstances are discussed as well. |
