摘    要:用销盘摩擦实验机研究三种固体润滑涂层;喷涂NF-1、粘结PEF及粘结Teflon-S涂层在高速(5.6m/s)、重载(初始接触应力400MPa)干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:这三种涂都具有接近30min的使用寿命,具有较低的摩擦系数和磨损率,提高了抗咬合能力,基点NF-1和Teflon的摩擦系数从0.08分别增加到0.14和0.15。PEF涂层摩擦系数从0.1降低到0.08。

Abstract:Three solid lubricant coatings: sprayed NF-1, bounded PEF and bonded Teflon-S, were tested on a pin-on-disk friction and wear test mechine to determine their tribological characteristics under a heavy pressure and high speed.The results indicate that all the three coatings have a working durability of about 30 minutes with a low friction coefficient and a low wear rate, which greatly improved anti- scoring ability. The friction coefficient of NF-1 and Teflon coatings increase from 0.08 to 0.14 and 0.15 separately while that of PEF coating decreases from 0.1 to 0.08.
