| 摘 要： | 压力式光纤液位传感器是根据液体高度不同产生的压强不同的原理来检测液位的.由于光纤具有耐高温、耐腐蚀等优点,因此压力式光纤液位传感器可以与液体接触,这便使它具有了更为广泛的应用前景.文章综述了六种压力式液位传感器,并介绍了它们的原理、结构、特点和发展状况.

| Abstract: | The pressure type optical fiber fluid position sensor is the intensity of pressure different principle which highly differently produces according to the liquid examines the fluid position . Because the optical fiber has thermostablly, is anti-corrosive and so on the merit, therefore the pressure type optical fiber fluid position sensor was allowed with the liquid contact, this then enable it to have the more widespread application prospect. |
