艾素联合奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶治疗进展期胃癌的疗效分析

目的观察多西他赛注射液（艾素）联合奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶治疗进展期胃癌的疗效及不良反应。方法 30例进展期胃癌患者采用艾素75mg/m^2静脉滴注第1,8天,奥沙利铂130mg/m^2,第1天静脉滴注;氟尿嘧啶500mg/m^2,第2～6天静脉滴注;21d为1周期,每2周期评价疗效。结果 30例患者中完全缓解0例,部分缓解17例（56.7%）,稳定7例（23.3%）,病情进展6例（20%）,总有效率为56.7%,临床受益率为80%。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、脱发、消化道反应和神经毒性。结论艾素联合奥沙利铂、氟尿嘧啶治疗进展期胃癌患者疗效较高,耐受性较好。

Clinical observation of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil for treating advanced gastric cancer

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of docetaxel plus oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancinoma.MethodsThirty patients with advanced gastric cancer with docetaxel 75 mg/m^2 intravenously on d1,8,oxaliplatin 130 mg/m^2 intravenously infusion of d1,5-fluorouracil 500 mg/m^2 intravenously infusion of d2-6,each cycle included 21 days.After continuous two cycles,evaluation was performed.ResultsThe complete remission 0 cases,partial remission 17 cases（56.7%）,stable disease 7 cases（23.3%）,disease progression 6 cases（20%）,the total effective rate is 56.7%,Clinical benefit rate is 80%.Adverse events were myelosuppression,alopecia,gastrointestinal reactions and peripheral neuritis.ConclusionCombination regimen of docetaxel plus oxaliplatin and 5-fluorouracil is well tolerable and has a high response rate in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
