| Abstract: | In order to realize the signal-oriented test,researched the test models based on STD standard which included intrinsic measurement model and generic measurement model.Not only compare both models in theory,but also in simulation which took complex square signal as an example.And then it is clearly that which test model would be used in certain specific contexts. |
