左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗老年难治性呼吸道感染的疗效研究

目的：探讨左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗老年难治性呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年2月—2014年2月收治的老年难治性呼吸道感染患者92例，随机分为对照组44例和观察组48例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗，观察组给予左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为95.8%（46/48），高于对照组的81.8%（36/44），差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）；观察组细菌清除率为80.4%（41/51），高于对照组的45.7%（21/46），差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P〉0.05）。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗老年难治性呼吸道感染疗效确切，可有效改善患者临床症状，且用药安全性高。

Clinical Effect of Levofloxacin Combined with Azithromycin on Aged Refractory Respiratory Infections

Objective To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin on aged refractory re-spiratory infections. Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with refractory respiratory infections in our hospital were selected from February 2013 to February 2014,and they were randomly divided into control group（n=44）and observation group（n=48）. Patients of control group were treated with levofloxacin,while patients of observation group were treated with levofloxacin combined with azithromycin. Clinical efficacy, bacterial clearance rate and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 8%（46/48）,was higher than that of control group of 81. 8%（36/44）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The bacterial clearance rate of observation group was 80. 4%（41/51）,was higher than that of control group of 45. 7%（21/46）,the difference was statistically signifi-cant（P〈0. 05）. No one of the two groups occurred adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin is effective and safe in treating aged refractory respiratory infections,which can effec-tively improve clinical symptoms.
