| 摘 要： | 目的促进广东地产药材石上柏的研究及合理开发利用。方法查阅近几年来相关文献,从化学成分、药理作用及临床应用等方面对其研究进展进行综述。结果石上柏在抗肿瘤作用方面的研究取得了一定进展,但研究深度和广度尚不够;其药效物质基础揭示还不够清楚。结论石上柏在治疗鼻咽癌、绒毛膜上皮癌、肺癌及消化道癌等多种肿瘤方面均取得了很好的疗效,具有较好的开发应用前景。
