摘    要:本文采用原子吸收光谱法,测定了160名39—78岁的高级职称体检者血清中铜,锌 钙,镁元素的含量。用荧光法测定了血清维生素A、E和过氧化脂质的含量。结果表明,血清过氧化脂质随年龄增长而增加,60岁以上年龄各组升高有显著意义(P<0.05),女性低于男性。血清钙和镁随增龄而呈下降趋势,并且钙与镁之间呈明显正相关(相关系数r=0.776,P<0.01).血清铜,锌与增龄的关系未观察到显著差异。血清维生素A与血清维生素E呈正相关(相关系数r=0.607,P<0.01),而且女性高于男性,有显著意义。同时发现维生素A与锌有明显相关性(r=0.180,P<0.05)。

Abstract:Serum Cu,Zn,Ca, Mg, VA, VE and lipoperoxide levels were measured in 160 senior workers aged 39 to 78 by atomic absorption spectrometry and fluorimetry. The results showed that the serum lipoperoxide level varied with sex and age. The mean value was increased significantly with age from 60 to 78 years(P<0.05). The concentration of serum LPO in females was lower than that in males, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05 ) . It was found that serum Ca and Mg decreased with age. There was significant positive correlation between serum Ca and Mg, r = 0.776, P<0.01. No significant change of serum Cu and Zn with age was observed. Serum vitamin A was positively correlated with vitamin E, r = 0.607, P<0.01. The concentrations of serum vitamin A and E in females were higher than in males, the difference was significant. Meanwhile, there was significant correlativity between serum vitamin A and Zn, r = 0.18, P<0.05.
