黄芪对大鼠脑出血后半暗带神经元凋亡的影响

目的探讨黄芪对大鼠脑出血后半暗带神经元的保护作用。方法利用Narrow—alley Test检测各组大鼠的神经行为学指标；用免疫组织化学法检测Caspase-3蛋白表达和TUNEL阳性细胞数。结果神经行为学检测结果显示，模型组和治疗组大鼠的评分值较正常组明显升高，随着时间推移，治疗组大鼠评分值较模型组明显下降，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；与模型组比较，治疗组Caspase-3和TUNEL的阳性细胞数明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论黄芪能够减缓半暗带神经元凋亡，减轻脑出血后由于神经损伤导致的功能障碍，促进神经功能恢复。
