黄芪对大鼠脑出血后半暗带神经元凋亡的影响

摘    要:目的探讨黄芪对大鼠脑出血后半暗带神经元的保护作用。方法利用Narrow—alley Test检测各组大鼠的神经行为学指标;用免疫组织化学法检测Caspase-3蛋白表达和TUNEL阳性细胞数。结果神经行为学检测结果显示,模型组和治疗组大鼠的评分值较正常组明显升高,随着时间推移,治疗组大鼠评分值较模型组明显下降,有显著性差异(P〈0.05);与模型组比较,治疗组Caspase-3和TUNEL的阳性细胞数明显降低(P〈0.01)。结论黄芪能够减缓半暗带神经元凋亡,减轻脑出血后由于神经损伤导致的功能障碍,促进神经功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of Astragalus on the intracerebral hemorrhage rats penum- bra neurons. Methods The nerve behavior in model rats of intracerebral hemorrhage were detected by Narrow - alley Test. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Caspase - 3 protein and TUNEL positive cell number. Results Neurobehavioral test results showed that, the model group and the treatment group rats were significantly higher than that in normal the model group, There were positive cells of Caspase - 3 group value, With the passage of time, treatment group rats score value decreased than significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) ) ; Compared and TUNEL in treatment group decreased signific with the model group, The number of antly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Astragalus can slow the penumbra neuron apoptosis after intracerebral hemorrhage, relieve the dysfunction caused by nerve injury, Promote the recovery of neurological function.
