| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨抗病毒口服液的制备和薄层鉴别方法。方法 分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法、水提醇沉法制备抗病毒口服液，采用薄层色谱法对方中黄芩、白芷、栀子、麻黄、大黄进行定性鉴别。结果 在薄层色谱中均能够检测出黄芩、白芷、栀子、麻黄、大黄药材。结论 所用方法简便，制剂质量可控。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the preparation and TLC identification for Kangbindu oral liquid. Methods The oral liquid was made by steam distillation,alcohol abstraction method. To employ TLC for identifying Radix scutellariace,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Fructus Gardeniae, Herba Ephedrae in precipitation. Results Radix Scutellariae,Radix Angelicae Dahuricae,Fructus Gardeniae,Herba Ephedrae were determinted by TLC. Conclusion The method is simple and easy for controlling quality. |
