| 摘 要： | 一个高效的网管软件是网络运行的可靠保证。文章介绍了一个实用的基于Java的网络管理系统中的告警管理功能的设计实现，主要包括总体功能设计，服务器端功能和客户端功能设计，特别介绍了一种解决告警风暴的方法，以及故障定位的设想。

| Abstract: | ： An effective management software ensures network to run credibly．In this paper，we discuss the design and implementation of network fault management based on Pure Java．It includes general functions，server functions and client functions．Especially，we introduce a way to improve the ability of solving Alarm Storm in the system，an the thing of fault localization． |
