摘    要:对黄芩中黄酮类成分抗氧化药理作用的研究进展进行综述,为开发中药抗氧化新药提供理论依据。研究表明,黄芩在脑损伤、神经细胞损伤、心肌损伤、肝损伤等疾病中具有抗氧化作用。黄苓有望开发成为安全有效的中药抗氧化新药,但对其体内抗氧化作用机制的研究需要进一步深入。

Abstract:The progress in the research of antioxidative mechanism of flavonoids extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was summarized,which provides the theory basis to development new antioxidative traditional Chinese drugs.It was demonstrated by pharmacological experiments that Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and its extracts exhibited significant antioxidative and free-radical scavenging activities in tissue injury-including cardiomyocytes injury,liver injury,brain injury and neurocytes injury.Scutellaria ba...
