摘 要: | 讨论了BiCMOS工艺和直流开关型变换器工作原理。对直流开关型变换器集成模块进行了CAD设计,并给出SPICE仿真结果及分析。结果表明,所设计的直流开关型变换器集成模块输出电压稳定、纹波小、工作频率高、功耗低,且体积小。

Computer Aided Design of a BiCMOS DCSwitching Mode Converter |

Abstract: | A BiCMOS DC switching mode converter has been designed. SPICEsimulation of the module has been made . and the results were analyzed. It has been shown that the designed DC switching mode converter has a stable output voltage frequency, small ripple, high operating fre- quency and low power consumption. |
