| 摘 要： | 本文以素质教育为出发点,全面论述了军事工程院校人才培养模式.提出了军事工程院校学员的素质包括政治素质、工程素质、军事素质、人文素质、身心素质.在这些素质中政治素质是灵魂,工程素质是主体,军事素质、人文素质、身心素质是基础.军事工程院校要全面发展素质教育,创造素质教育的环境.

| Abstract: | Starting with the question of quality education, this thesis expounds on the pattern of training cadets in military engineering institutes and advances the opinion that qualities of a cadet in an engineering institute include political quality, engineering quality, military quality, humane quality, and physical and mental quality. Among these qualities, political quality is the soul, engineering quality the mainbody,and military quality, humane quality and physical and mental quality the basics. Military engineering institutes should cultivate in their cadets all these qualities and create an environment for quality education. |
