摘    要:柴油机喷油器流道内部的流动状态直接影响到燃油的雾化程度,直接影响柴油机的工作性能与排放指标。为深入研究柴油机喷嘴喷孔内部流体特征,我们以某船用大功率柴油机喷油器作为研究对象,采用三维仿真软件Fluent对燃油在喷油器油嘴内部的流动状态进行了数值模拟。结果表明:喷油器喷孔入口处不同的圆角半径将直接影响到燃油空化程度,这对后续燃油的雾化程度以及喷油器的寿命产生重大影响。

Abstract:The flowing state of diesel inside the injector flow channel directly affects the atomization of the fuel and directly affects the performance and emission targets of the diesel engine.In order to further study the internal fluid characteristics of the nozzle orifice of a diesel engine,this paper takes a marine high-power diesel injector as a research object.The three-dimensional simulation software Fluent is used to simulate the flow of fuel in the injector nozzle.The results show that different fille t radii at the inlet of the injector w ill directly affect the degree of fuel cavitation,which w ill have a significant impact on the degree of atomization of the subsequent fuel and the life of the injector.
