| 摘 要： | 开发了一套对牙轮位置、角度等尺寸进行砟骅检测的四坐标系统，介绍了整个系统的测量方法。根据四坐标牙轮测量系统的特点和测量数据推导了牙轮被测参数的计算公式；仔细分析了测量系统的各误差源，并通过实验获得了相应的误差数据；建立了仪器的误差数学模型；提出了修正误差的方法。

| Abstract: | The equations for measured parameters of cone are deduced based on the characteristic of four ordinate measurement system and measuring data. This paper provides the corresponding error data by analyzing all error sources of the system in detail. An error mathematic model is set up and some methods of revising these errors are presented. |
