摘    要:王新25井在下电泵试抽过程中,两次发现结垢堵塞泵体通道。现场垢物化验分析,主要结CaCO3垢及少量的铁垢。对王新25井掺水结垢问题进行了原因分析、及理论预测和试验研究,结果表明主要结碳酸钙,不结硫酸钙;常温下便开始结碳酸钙垢,随温度升高,结垢趋势严重。阻垢试验表明,掺水时投加20mg/LZG—2阻垢剂可有效预防结碳酸钙垢。

Abstract:Wangxin25 well is found that the channel is choked up by scaling twice during the test production with the electric pump. The analysis shows that scale substances consist mainly of calcium carbonate and little iron compound scale. The problems of water mixing and scaling of Wangxin25 well are conducted reasons analysis, theoretic prediction and experimental research. The results show that calcium carbonate may be formed but calcium sulfate cannot be produced; calcium carbonate is depositing at normal temperature, and the scaling tendency will be serious as temperature growing. Experimentations in scaling inhibiting have revealed that 20mg/LZG-2 scale inhibitor can defend calcium carbonate scaling availably as water mixing.
