博罗县2000～2004年法定传染病疫情分析

目的分析博罗县近5年法定传染病的发生、发展及其变化趋势,为制订今后疾病预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对博罗县2000～2004年法定传染病疫情报告资料进行统计分析。结果博罗县5年法定传染病总发病数3953例,年平均年发病率106.32/10万;无甲类传染病报告;乙类传染病5年共报告3735例,年平均发病率100.46/10万,丙类传染病5年共报告218例,年平均发病率为5.86/10万;5年中报告的主要传染病种为肺结核、乙型肝炎、流行性腮腺炎、痢疾、淋病、麻疹、狂犬病。结论博罗县近5年中传染病发病全部为乙、丙类,且绝大部分为呼吸道传染病和血源及性传染病,导致死亡的传染病以狂犬病为主。未来传染病防治工作应以加强呼吸道传染病、血液及性传染病、狂犬病、艾滋病等的预防控制为重点。

Analysis of Notifiable Infectious Diseases from 2000 to 2004 in Boluo County

Objective To study the origin,mode of transmission, and spreading of all notifiable infectious diseases in Boluo county.Methods All of the notifiable infectious diseases from 2000 to 2004 were analyzed. Results A total of 3 953 cases of notifiable infectious diseases was recorded. The average annual incidence rate was 106.32/100000. No type A infectious diseases was reported. The annual incidence rate for the type B and type C infectious diseases was 100.46/100 000 and 5.86/100 000,respectively. Tuberculosis,hepatitis B,epidemic mumps, dysentery gonorrhea, measles and rabies were the major types of the dieases. Conclusion All notifiable infectious diseases were type B and type C. These included the disease of respiratory tract infection,sexually transmitted diseases,and the disease of blood borne infection. The mortality rate of rabies was higher then other notifiable diseases. In the future, control measure should be made in order to prevent the spread of these infectious diseases.
