基于投入产出法的电力失负荷价值研究拓展

摘    要:利用投入产出法拓展了电力价值的概念与计算公式。按照新的电力价值从小到大的顺序对各部门进行排序,在此基础上分别以国民经济价值损失最小和最大为目标推导出最大电力失负荷价值和最小电力失负荷价值的计算公式。以2002年投入产出数据为例进行了实证分析,结果表明该方法是合理有效的。

Abstract:The value of lost load(VOLL) includes not only direct loss but also the indirect loss of sectors of the economy,because input-output method can comprehensively reflect the input-output relationship among sectors of national economy,it is regarded as an efficient method for VOLL analysis. By use of input-output method,the authors further expand the concept of the economic value of electricity and its calculation formulae. According to the new economic value of electricity,the sectors are sorted in order,and on this basis the calculation formulae for maximum VOLL and minimum VOLL are deduced respectively according to maximum and minimum value loss of national economy. Taking the input-output data of the year of 2002 for example,the empirical analysis is carried out and the results show that the proposed method is reasonable and effective.
