| 摘 要： | 用原子吸收光谱法测定了发育迟缓和健康儿童头发和血清中微量元素锌、铜、铁、锰、铬的含量,并研究了他们与小儿发育迟缓的关系。发现发育迟缓儿童头发和血清中锌、锰、铬的含量均低于健康儿童(p<0.05),铜含量高于健康儿童,铁含量无显著变化。(p<0.05),还发现微量元素在头发和血清中的含量变化呈正相关。

| Abstract: | The hair and serum of 89 normal children and. 80 developmentally retarded children were collected, and the content of zinc, copper, iron, manganese and chromium were determined by atomic absorption spectropho- tometry. It was fund that, while content of copper in developmentally: retarded children was higher than that in normal children, and the content of zinc, manganese and chromium in developmentally retarded children were lower than normal children. The fact provides an important clue for further study of pathogenesis of this disease. We have made and initial exploration in the cause of the changing occurred in trace element in hair and serum of developmentally retarded children and its clinical significance. |
