摘    要:介绍了中国石化自主开发的STRONG沸腾床渣油加氢技术,该技术具有反应器内温度均匀、传热传质好、装置操作灵活、运转周期长及原料适应性强等优点,可以加工高硫、高残炭、高金属等劣质渣油及其他非常规油品。此外,对沸腾床加氢技术的应用范围及前景进行了介绍。目前在金陵分公司建成一套5万t/a的工业示范装置,正在开展工业试验。

Abstract:STRONG ebullated bed residue hydrotreating technology developed by Sinopec was introduced in the paper, Sinopec has independent intellectual property rights of this technology, which has a series of advantages,for example,flexibility,uniform temperature distribution in reactors,long operation cycle, good heat and mass transfer and so on.The technology can process heavy residue containing high sulfur, high carbon residue and high metal. The prospect of the technology was also presented. At present Sinopec has built industrial demonstration unit of 50 kt / year in Jinling company and is carrying out the industrial test.
